The GLADEN BETA 165.2 is a two-way component system designed to deliver precise and natural sound reproduction in a vehicle.

Representing an evolution of standard speakers, it is positioned within the GLADEN range between the Alpha and Gamma models. The focus is on balanced tuning and controlled acoustic performance for everyday use.

The 165 mm mid-woofer features a classic paper cone. This material has excellent damping properties, enabling clean, low-distortion reproduction in the midrange.

Meanwhile, the combination of the cone, surround and driver ensures a structured and controlled fundamental tone and bass response.

The 25 mm fabric tweeter provides smooth, finely detailed high-frequency reproduction.

The 12 dB tuned crossover at 3.5 kHz ensures clean transitions between the frequency ranges for a cohesive sound.

With an impedance of 3 ohms and a sensitivity of 93 dB at 2.83 V, the system is designed for efficient operation.

This allows the BETA 165.2 to be effectively used both directly with the car stereo and in combination with compact amplifiers. Even under these conditions, it offers a significant improvement in sound quality compared to OEM systems.

Its design is optimised for practical integration, allowing it to be used in many vehicle-specific installation scenarios without the need for extensive modifications.
